About Dr. Abigail Talley
Abigail Talley, MD, is board-certified in both Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Born and raised in San Antonio, Dr. Talley attended Trinity University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology. She completed medical school, General Psychiatry residency, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at UT Health San Antonio. After finishing her training, Dr. Talley joined the faculty at UT Health before beginning her own practice. In addition to patient care, she is passionate about mental health education for both patients and medical professionals. She regularly presents on women’s mental health and pediatric mental health topics.
Dr. Talley cares for children, adolescents, and adults. She treats a variety of psychiatric conditions, to include ADHD, child behavioral issues, autism, anxiety, OCD, depression, and bipolar disorder.
Dr. Talley was selected by her physician peers as one of San Antonio Magazine’s “Top Doctors of 2023” and was chosen as a Texas Monthly Super Doctors Rising Star in July 2024. She works to incorporate both medication management and psychotherapy into a comprehensive treatment plan unique to each individual. Dr. Talley is currently accepting new patients.
